Movie Premier: The Theodora Ibekwe Shameful Deceit premier stood London to a halt.

Life the imminent nature of human existence. Sometimes so robust and sometimes so mean! that it becomes unbearable. Have you ever reached a crossroad of life? Or hit by a sudden panic of the unknown destiny that lies ahead of you? Or you are betrayed by the one and only trust in your life? If you have pondered on any of these questions or similar ones, if you are walking through life and something is missing, then SHAMEFUL DECEIT is a movie to be seen.

If Stars align such as Lanre Balogun and Theodora Ibekwe, Shameful Deceit will be the Blockbuster movie it should be. When I found a shiny dime after a screening, I knew the timing was perfect for me. Yes, there are fine performances by other actors and actresses such as Marie Gomez, Moji Bamtefa, Fatima Jabbe, Yvonne Hayes, Ikenna Obi and many others. Stars arrived in two Hummerzine Limos; All dressed to kill; the red carpet was full to the brim; it was more or less like a carnival. The earth shook; Odeon Cinema was glittering as men and women from all walks of life arrayed in their glory to watch the screening, Odeon Cinema for the first time was almost shot down, and yes indeed it was a night no one will ever forget in a hurry. The crowd was amazing.

It was Theodora’s day; it is her movie, an excited fan whispered to her friend – as the star alighted from the limo, dressed in a black and red bespoke design, tinted with smile and her ravishing look courtesy of her makeup artist and designer ( Libeks and Desiri ), indeed a friend whispered she is beautiful.
The thrill of this film, however, is for those of us who have been messed up or who have ever wrestled with guilt, and wondered why we did or do certain things, or driven ourselves crazy trying to figure out exactly who we are. Shameful Deceit gave us an answer. weldone  Theodora you broke the record in the history of  Nollywood premieres in UK and you have set a standard.

LABO - Life is a Journey - new film coming soon!

An Afro-Caribbean/British film emphasizes on family issues, relationship and marriage between two foreigners and young offenders living abroad. The film portrays the life of a mixed diaspora family resident in London for a very long time.

The husband who fed up with life in the UK, decided to move back to his home country, convinced his adult children and wife, another foreigner from a different country will relocate back with him . They heeded his call but would things work as he anticipated ?

The film tries to warn migrants never to forget their roots as they get absorbed by foreign culture and other influences. Even if you don't like conditions in your homeland, don't condemn it, because there is no place like home .

The film centers on clash of cultures between two Diasporas and that of UK; as it affects their marriage and world views. The step mum of the main actress in the movie is a Jamaican and her father, a Nigeria, tend to blame her for every wrong in the family especially on raising their children as she is too soft with children. But then for any marriage to work it's never about culture or creed, it's about showing understanding and love among people.

LABO also looks into young Afro-Caribbean descents that get into trouble and sentenced to jail in a place like UK, and how their lives can be messed up and ruined due to societal stigma and other nuances.

The film was produced by Roseline Sanni-Ajose while Femi Fadeyi is the writer of the movie. It parades seasoned actors and actresses like Jide Kosoko, Dejumo Lewis, Wale Ododuwa Iya Mero among others.

Our Chief Editor Faustina had a chat with Duchess TV, hear what she had to say.

It has been a journey with putting together C.hub magazine. It has also been us interviewing others, but today we are on the answering side. Our Chief Editor and co-Founder Faustina chats with the Duchess TV Nena Ubani on the amazing journey of being a mum, chief editor, author, poet, and finding MBW PR. How does she pull it all together. Lets hear her. But be warned she is very shy on camera. "Its a lot relaxing talking to thousands of people than sitting there chatting with just her" she says. You see what I mean. Better to ask than to be asked. lol.
